T-Shirt Design Competition

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the T-Shirt Design Competition (“Limited Edition ENTTEC Shirt”). By submitting your entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
a. The Competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent before participating.
b. The Competition is open to participants worldwide unless prohibited by local laws and regulations.
2. Entry Submission:
a. To enter the Competition, participants must submit their original t-shirt design(s) electronically via the designated submission channel or platform.
b. Each participant may submit multiple entries, but each entry must be unique and not a duplicate of any previous submission.
c. Submitted designs must not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights, except for ENTTEC property.
3. Design Requirements:
a. All submitted designs must be original and created by the participant.
b. Designs must not contain any explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to explicit language, violence, discrimination, or nudity.
c. Designs must be suitable for printing on t-shirts and be provided in a high-resolution digital format (e.g., AI, EPS, PSD, or high-quality PNG).
d. Designs may include both text and images, and participants may use any design technique (e.g., hand-drawn, digital illustration) to create their entry.
4. Ownership and License:
a. Once submitted, ENTTEC gain the intellectual rights to the design(s).
b. By entering the Competition, participants grant the organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and profit off the submitted designs.
5. Judging and Selection:
a. A panel of judges appointed by the organizer will evaluate all eligible entries based on criteria such as creativity, originality, visual appeal, and adherence to the design requirements.
b. The judges’ decision will be final and binding in all matters related to the Competition.
6. Prizes:
a. The organizer will announce the prize(s) associated with the Competition, including any cash rewards, merchandise, or other benefits.
b. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
c. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Notification:
a. The winners will be notified via the contact information provided during the entry submission process.
b. If a winner does not respond within a specified period, fails to provide necessary information, or is found to be ineligible, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity:
a. By participating in the Competition, winners agree to grant the organizer the right to use their names, submitted designs, photographs, and other related information for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
9. Disqualification and Termination:
a. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
b. The organizer reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Competition at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability:
a. The organizer and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Competition, including but not limited to any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or unauthorized access to participant information.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the organizer is located.
b. Any disputes arising from or related to the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
By participating in the T-Shirt Design Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
