Yeongdong-gun Rainbow Tower
In the heart of Korea’s wine country, the Yeongdong-gun Rainbow Tower rises above the vineyards of North Chungcheong like a gleaming bottle of light. This striking new landmark celebrates Yeongdong’s reputation as the nation’s grape capital, blending art, tourism, and technology into one unforgettable installation.
The tower’s distinctive bottle-shaped structure symbolises the region’s thriving wine industry. By night, it transforms into a vibrant beacon: its architectural lines brought to life by dynamic colour and motion, orchestrated through the ENTTEC S-PLAY SP1-1 show controller.
The S-PLAY enables precise, time-coded lighting sequences that animate both static and moving fixtures, creating a seamless, immersive display that reflects the area’s festive spirit.

Designed and engineered by TRADIA Co., Ltd. under the direction of CEO Changhyun Lee, and supported by ENTTEC’s Korean dealer, DI Co., Ltd., the project showcases how powerful control in a compact form can achieve grand results.
With S-PLAY at its core, the system delivers reliability, flexibility, and ease of programming — all crucial for public installations exposed to the elements and viewed by thousands.
Installed in September 2025, the Rainbow Tower now serves as a luminous centerpiece for the region’s Wine Healing Tourist Site, a destination where visitors can enjoy local wine, cultural performances, and panoramic views of Yeongdong’s rolling vineyards.
