ENTTEC products

This website includes information, photos, renders and drawings of ENTTEC products, such as lighting controllers. These are covered by the same intellectual property terms.

Pre-ordering products

A pre-order lets you buy an item before its release date, so stock is set aside for you when it arrives. It does not mean you receive the item before the official release date.

You pay the full price when you place a pre-order.

Release and delivery dates for pre-orders are our best estimate and can change. We’ll keep you updated, and tell you as soon as we know of a delay. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, for a full refund. If you are a consumer, your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item still applies after it ships.
